Timing of the School Day

Eden Boys’ School, Bolton will operate on a normal five days per week basis for three terms per year. The school also acknowledges the routines of the Muslim faith in relation to Friday prayers by ending formal teaching at 11.55am.

Total number of hours in a school week is 32hrs 35 mins

Prayers

Congregational Zohar prayers during winter months (Oct half-term to Feb Half term) will take place during the lunch break

From Nov – end of Jan, congregational Asr prayers will be conducted after school for those staying for intervention or enrichment

During the summer months, students who are staying for intervention or enrichment will have the option of Zohar prayers after school.
